Audiograbber MP3 Plugin          

64 Bit: speed up your encoding - up to 30%!
Since release of v 3.99 the plugin is available with 64bit-support. This one only contains the exe-file, for the DLL unfortunatly doesn't work with Audiograbber any longer. You need an 64bit-capable CPU as well as an 64bit Windows operating system. The plugin encodes your MP3-files up to 30% faster than the 32bit-version on the identical system! (tested on an Intel Core i7 860, 8 GB Ram, Win 7 Professional 64 Bit)

During installation, all parameters will be automatically set in Audiograbber - no mismatched or misspelled characters in configuration any more!

Of course you can implement LAME in Audiograbber on your own, still. The MP3 plugin provided above is not a specific developement, but simply the regular currently recommended LAME encoder engine - it is all about the installation, which is especially compiled for Audiograbber.

Simply no waste of time and efforts by finding the perfect settings for Audiograbber when it comes to creating high quality MP3-files!

Surely you can still switch and try every parameter provided in LAME and Audiograbber but please be aware of the fact that the preset of the plugin is the one recommended by many different experts in the field of audio compression.

Please change or vary the settings only if you either exactly know what you are doing or if you have been advised in an experts forum such as Hydrogenaudio to do so.

The installer contains the lame_enc.dll as well as the lame.exe (64bit only the lame.exe). Audiograbber will, after plugins 32bit installation, use the DLL, in 64bit installation the EXE with the official parameter --V2, corresponding to the the former "--preset fast standard" command. This setting is officially recommended.
